How we use platform data

LexxAutomates is a free SEO audit tool. We are adding optional connections to social platforms so users can share their results and automate their own posting. This page explains — in plain English — exactly what we request, why, and what we never touch. If a permission isn't listed here, we don't ask for it.

Our principles

• Minimum scopes only. We request the smallest set of permissions that makes the feature work.
• Your accounts, your actions. We never post, upload, or change anything without your explicit action each time.
• No resale, no sharing. Platform data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Revoke anytime. Disconnecting in the platform's settings immediately ends our access; you can also email us to delete anything associated with your connection.

TikTok (planned integration)

When you connect your TikTok account, we request:

• Basic profile info (user.info.basic) — so we can show which account is connected and address you correctly. That's all we read from your profile.
• Video upload / post on your behalf (video.upload, video.publish) — only so the tool can publish videos you create and approve inside LexxAutomates. Drafts stay drafts until you hit publish.

We never: read your direct messages, access private or friends-only videos, view other users' data, or post anything you didn't explicitly approve.

Pinterest (planned integration)

When you connect your Pinterest account, we request:

• Read your boards and Pins (boards:read, pins:read) — so you can pick where to save content created in LexxAutomates.
• Save Pins to your boards (boards:write, pins:write) — only for Pins you create and approve inside LexxAutomates.

We never: read your messages, access secret boards you don't select, follow/unfollow accounts, or publish anything without your explicit approval.

Data retention and deletion

Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions you request. Audit URLs you enter are processed in memory and never stored (see our privacy policy). To disconnect an integration, remove it in the platform's own settings — or email us and we will delete associated tokens and confirm within 30 days.
